Thanks for all the nice comments on this shot. It is a great little waterfall in Blackwater State Falls park in West Virginia - the main waterfall is much bigger but nothing like as interesting. This one is a 5 shot HDR image - it is pretty dark in the canyon and I wanted to get the detail in the moss and the rocks as well as slowing up the rush of water over the falls. I didn't do any dramatic HDR work - just tried to keep it as the eye would have seen it. This is my first big sale on FineArt - it is certainly making me think about adding a lot more images to the site - I mainly sell stock photos, which is reasonably lucrative, but getting someone to buy a real print is a lot more satisfying!
