Artist's Description
Heavily flooded Tygart Valley river flows in smooth slow motion image over waterfall in Valley Falls State Park. This abstract treatment works well to show the power of the water that is flowing over this normally rather peaceful waterfall in Wild and Wonderful West Virginia! I was trying to bring out the shapes and shades of the water rather than a straightforward view of the scene and converted to black and white for this image.
